We are a family of five - myself, mom to three wonderful kids, wife to one, manager of the household, and future homeschool mom. I have the most amazingly supportive husband who works hard for our family. We have three children - ages 10, 8, and 6 who are currently in the local public school - but who we are planning to homeschool next year. I have been reading homeschool blogs and books since I had my first child, but never dared to take the plunge. We have decided we are ready to homeschool starting next school year and are in the planning and preparation stage. I am very excited! (And a little anxious as well...)
We are recent transplants from a large town in Maine to a very small village in Vermont. We are getting used to the rural lifestyle here, but adore our neighbors and are enjoying exploring the beautiful Vermont mountains, farmland and lakes...

All you changes sound so exciting! We live in a farm in rural Arkansas- I've got four- 8,6,4,1 and my oldest two are homeschooled. It's got a bit of learning curve- mainly just figuring out what works for you and your family, but I think you will love it! Excited to read more from you!
